Central put forth a good scoring effort last week and even improved upon it this week, but that didn't prove quite enough. Last week it came up short against Catholic, falling 46 - 34. One of the most memorable plays for Catholic was an exceptional 67-yard TD snag from senior Jake James in the second quarter. Central's record fell to 2-8 after the loss. It is on an unfortunate three-game losing streak. The win got Catholic up to 4-6.
